YINSON

YINSON PRODUCTION WEST AFRICA

The Offshore Cape Three Points (OCTP) is an integrated oil & gas development project in Ghana. OCTP will provide domestic gas supply to national thermal power plants, addressing energy requirements in both urban and rural areas, and where they are needed the most.

In 2014 OMA Ghana Limited formed a joint venture with Yinson Production Pte Ltd of Singapore and together
won the bid to build and operate the OCTP Floating Production Storage and Offloading unit (FPSO) for Italian energy company ENI.

In 2015 the OMA Ghana-Yinson JV was awarded the lease, operations and maintenance contract for 15 years, with a 5-year additional option. The FPSO John Agyekum Kufuor arrived in Ghana in April 2017 and achieved first oil in May 2017, three months ahead of schedule. The FPSO has an approximate storage capacity of 1.4million barrels of oil and it is to provide gas in Ghana for between 15 to 20 years. OMA Ghana provided
significant support services throughout the installation phase and continues to provide this support now that the FPSO is operational.

YINSON GAZANIA OPERATIONS LIMITED

A joint venture between Yinson and OMA Ghana Limited created in 2015 to provide offshore support vessels.
Yinson has a fleet of offshore support vessels in Asia and is seeking to expand the service to West Africa through building a strong presence and operations base in Ghana.

PGS

Petroleum Geo-Services AS (PGS) is a leading international marine geophysical company which provides a broad range of seismic and reservoir services including acquisition, imaging, interpretation and field evaluation for oil and gas companies. PGS has been an OMA principal and key customer for many years. We have supported PGS for their activities in all countries where OMA currently has its own offices.

In 2016, PGS formed a joint venture with OMA to provide seismic acquisition, interpretation and data processing services which led to the establishment of PGS Ghana. Since the formation of the joint venture, PGS Ghana has performed both 4D and 3D seismic services for many operators currently in Ghana including Tullow, Eni, AGM and Springfield.

DOF SUBSEA GHANA

DOF Subsea is an integrated subsea services provider, offering specialised subsea services to the offshore oil & gas industry. DOF Subsea UK has a fleet of specialised offshore subsea assets including construction vessels, ROVs, a variety of offshore support vessels and a team of qualified, specialised engineers for all kinds of subsea works. In 2016, OMA Ghana and DOF Subsea formed a joint venture company known as DOF Subsea Ghana. DOF Subsea Ghana performed the installation of the FPSO John Agyekum Kufuor in 2017. DOF Subsea Ghana is looking for additional opportunities to expand the scope and presence In Ghana.

IFS

International Facilities Services (IFS) is a South African based facilities management company with extensive experience in providing catering and other facility management services, mainly to mining companies and oil & gas companies operating in remote sites.

OMA Ghana and IFS formed a joint venture in 2016 and are looking for opportunities to expand in Ghana.
